Background and Education:
Dr. Rajek received an early admission to Marquette University School of Dentistry after completing two years of undergraduate training at St. John's University, Collegeville Minnesota. He received:
Doctor of Dental Surgery, Marquette University School of
Dentistry, 1970.
He then served in the United States Army Dental Corps first as a staff dentist in 1970 at Fort Ord, California and then as Post Dental Surgeon at the Sacramento Army Depot until the summer of 1974 when he began his specialty training at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where he received:
Master of Science, Periodontics, University of Minnesota, 1977.
He then taught at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry as an assistant professor in the Division of Periodontology until he established his practice limited to periodontics in Apple Valley, MN in the fall of 1978.
Doctor Rajek is a specialist limiting his practice to periodontics.
