Former Tennessee Governor and MDS member Winfield Dunn addresses the MDS meeting on Nov. 20, 2008.

The installation of officers and awards banquet for the MDS took place on April 22, 2008 at Chickasaw Country Club.The Alliance to the MDS also installed their officers that night. The TDA meeting was in Memphis in May 2008 and the Memphis Alliance hosted other ATDA members from around the state.  The "King" himself visited the President's Party at the world-famous Skyway.

The 10-year birthday party for the Tooth exhibit at the Children's Museum. The Alliance to the MDS repainted and redecorated the dental treatment and reception areas of the Church Health Center.

The 2004 Installation Banquet was held at Chickasaw Country Club honoring this year's officers and award winners. Dr. Ed Lane II was installed as President. Memphis Dental Society Members annually screen Special Olympics Athletes at Halle Stadium in April.
