FTC "Red Flags" Rule Enforcement Suspended 90 Days
To help fight the problem of identity theft, the FTC has issued regulations requiring businesses that deal with credit to their customers to take steps to guard against identity theft. The FTC has recently determined that this rule extends to healthcare providers and was to be effective May 1, 2009. This Rule enforcement has now been suspended for another 90 days.

The Memphis Dental Society (MDS) represents nearly 500 licensed dentists in the Memphis area. The MDS strives to improve the dental health of the public through promotion of the art and science of dentistry.
