In 1960, this company started it's operations building fine custom homes.  By 1967, business had grown so much they began operating in the commercial building market.  Since that time, they have moved into the industrial and institutional building construction as well as becoming a dealer for pre-engineered metal buildings.  In 1989, the company also added additional capability to the operations by purchasing their own earth moving machinery.

Today, the company operates primarily as a General Contractor concentrating in institutional construction which includes municipal buildings and schools and a host of Government projects in the growing area that they serve.  This segment has recently been bolstered by several of the Obama economy initiatives.

The company has recently generated revenues in excess of $3.2MM with revenues as high as $8.3MM as recently as 3 years ago.  The business currently has a total of $2.8MM in work in progress under contract.  Everything is included in the sale, from the real estate to the office equipment to the construction equipment to the supplies and the knowledge base to ensure a smooth transition to the new owner.  The current owner has finally decided that its time to retire!!!
