Established Home Health Care business is in the process of recertifying their status with Medicare.  The company is well underway in the process and is currently billing Medicare for the patients they are servicing.

The company is looking for a passive partner to provide additional working capital needed to complete the process.  The partner's investment will be fully protected with an option to return the investment within a 6 month to 1 year period.  The partner will also have the option to become a full active partner if desired after the certification is complete.  The company is willing to pay a handsome return on the investment as negotiated with the current active partners.
