Our HIPAA Office Policy (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is to use patient information for, but not limited to: insurance, billing, credit reports, loan applications, accounting, legal, practice management, computer software and hardware, confirmation phone calls to you during the day, messages for you to answering machines or electronic recorders, no cavities photos for children, electronic data transfers, mail, reminder post cards, claims, federal agencies, state agencies and local agencies that we determine is reasonable and in the best interest of any services that we offer. We provide this to all our patients, both new and existing. We do not directly sell names, procedures, health data, telephone numbers or addresses to any organizations of any kind.  All this data is maintained in our office.
